Herb 60cm tall. Stem minutely glandular. Leaves glaucous. Flowers white. Style 2. Calyx tubular.
Open stony ground with Picea, Betula and diverse herbs.
Identification Notes: Verified with Flora of the USSR. Vol.6, V. L. Komarov and Lazkov, G. A. Family Caryophyllaceae in Kyrgyzstan Semeistco gvozdchnye vo flore Kyrgystana. Leaves to 3mm wide, lanceolate. Flowers glomerate with membranous bracts at base. Bracts slightly emarginate and dentate at apex. Inflorescence rachis sticky glandular. Sepals fused to 3.5mm long with commissural veins and a hyaline margin between the lobes. Styles 2, Sepals and petals 5.
