1.5m tall, in fruit. Growing in a scree. Aromatic strong celery-smell.
Narrow gorge on a SW facing slope with conglomerate rocks and screes.
Identification Notes: Verified with Flora of the USSR. Vol.16, V. L. Komarov and Pimenov, M.G. (1937- ) The Umbelliferae of Kirghyzia Zontichnye (Umbelliferae) Kirgizii. Robust plant with thick single stem. Leaves with amplexicaule large sheath, hairy. Leaves 3-5 times pinnate, lobes to 25 x 2-3mm, 1 veined and glabrous. Umbels terminal and lateral (up to 5 lateral) with 16 rays and up to 10cm broad, without bracts. Umbellules with 8-15 rays with deciduous bracteoles. Schizocarps to 10mm long, with narrow unwinged ribs, glaucous. Styles recurved. Canals large and solitary in valeculae very oily, 2-3 along commissure. Synonym F. kaschkarovii Korov.
