Creeping herb to 5cm tall. Flowers with pink corolla. Calyx brownish-pink.
E facing slate scree with Codonopsis, Lonicera, Juniperus, Papaver, Rosa.

Identification Notes: Verified with Flora of the USSR. Vol.20, V. L. Komarov. Woody creeping herb. Leaves to 5 x 15mm short petiolate. Petioles with one or two hairs on the side. Leaf blade with 2-3 pairs of veins converging to the top but not reaching the margin, with yellow glands abaxially. Flowering stem to 25mm long with 2-3 pairs of leaflets, axillary to sterile shoots. Inflorescence globular with 5-6 flowers. Calyx bilabiate with short teeth, the two lower one-ciliate. Calyx mouth ciliate hairy and lilac. Pedicels with short white recurved and stiff hairs. Possibly also T. diminuta or aschurbajevi but those three species might not present any differences.
