Coordinates: 42º11'41'' N, 73º15'03'' E  Alt: 2780m  to the south of Otmök.


5-10cm tall herbaceous plant. Flowers in a dense terminal spicate inflorescence. Petals divided to base, stamens 2. Flowers purple.
Alpine grazed meadow on a North facing slope with Phlomis, Geranium, Poaceae and Papaver as dominant species.

Identification Notes: Verified with Flora of the USSR. Vol.22, V. L. Komarov. Sect. pseudolysimachia. Leaves opposite but upper one alternate. Plants densely glandular pubescent and viscid. Leaf margin crenulate. Raceme terminal, spicate dense and compact. Flowers sessile, bracts longer than calyx. Calyx glandular parted to base and with a membranous margin. Corolla deep blue, parted to half way into lanceolate lobes. Stamens 2, included to exserted.
