Coordinates: 42º11'41'' N, 73º15'03'' E  Alt: 2780m  to the south of Otmök.

Plant with a basal rosette of leaves. Leaves serrate. Flowers in a large umbel with pedicels of different length forming a globular inflorescence (firework like). Flowers white with yellow mouth.
Alpine grazed meadow on a North facing slope in a dry rocky river bed.

Identification Notes: Verified with Flora of the USSR. Vol.18, V. L. Komarov. Annual plant. Bracts small. Pedicels much longer than the flowers. Scape purplish with stellate dendritic hairs (branching furcate hairs).
