Region: Jalal-Abad Oblast  Chatkal Rayon
Gazetteer: 15km south of Kara-Buura Pass 
Coordinates: 42º03'58'' N, 71º35'44'' E  Alt: 2247m  after the bridge in the camp site along the river.
Herb to 50cm tall. Leaves pinnatifid, alternate. Flowers light yellow.
Damp meadow along the Chatkal river in the shade of tall Populus, Betula trees with Berberis, Carex, Cirsium, Mentha.

Identification Notes: Verified with Flora of the USSR. Vol.22, V. L. Komarov. Ser Comosae. Erect glabrescent plant with alternate leaves. Leaves 1-2 pinnatisect, lobes toothed and serrate. Roots fusiform. Inflorescence lax , elongated with leaf like bracts. Corolla tube straight twice as long as calyx. Base of corolla tube twisted. Galea beaked, beak bidentate with recurved lobes directed towards inflorescence rachis. Lip ciliate shorter than galea. Calyx lobes broad triangular, slightly hairy.
