Coordinates: 42º09'14'' N, 71º31'36'' E  Alt: 2694m 

Small plant growing in loose scree. Roots very long and thin growing through the scree. Leaves narrow, grey and ciliate. Flower pale blue 'Myosotis' like. Nutlets flat with red wavy margin.
E facing slate scree with Codonopsis, Lonicera, Juniperus, Papaver, Rosa.

Identification Notes: Verified with Flora of the USSR. Vol.19, V. L. Komarov. Perennial with linear elongated sericeous leaves. Inflorescence paniculate, loose, scorpioid. Flowers subsessile. Calyx to 1mm long with oblong lobes. Corolla 2-2.5mm long blue with yellow mouth. Corona scale conspicuous acute exserted. Nutlets 1 to 4 attached to the receptacle at base, free above, winged and toothed, centre with anchor-like bristles.
