Succulent rosette plant looking like a sempervivum. Leaves lanceolate. Flowers on axillary racemes not terminal. Flowers with 7-8 white petals. Anthers in 2 rows, pinkish. Carpels 8, unfused. Sepals and back of petals spotted with purple.
Bank along the river with rocks around the horses and yurts.

Identification Notes: Verified with Flora of the USSR. Vol.9, V. L. Komarov. Perennial. Flowers 6-8 merous, petals 7-8mm long, sepals 3-4mm long. Leaves glabrous to 2cm long. Cauline leaves smaller to 0.5cm long. Rootstock to 1.3cm thick. Flowering stems axillary from the rosette leaves.
