Location:San Luis Potosi, Xilitla, near La Trinidad.
Coordinates: 21°22'47" N, 99°02'18" W Alt: 1396m

Epiphyte growing at 1.6 m high. Flowers green and white, sweet scented. Sepals and petals light green, lip white with green marking towards the base.
Pre-hispanic cultivation fallow field with rocks and grasses. E-facing slope. Growing on Fraxinus with moss.

Identification Notes: Verified with Javier García-Cruz, Luis Martín Sánchez Saldaña, Rolando Jiménez Machorro & Rodolfo Solano Gómez 2003 'Flora del Bajio y de Regiones Adyacentes, Orchidaceae tribe Epidendreae' Vol. 119. Pseudobulbs formed by one internode covered with silvery sheath. Leaves several at top of each pseudobulb. Inflorescence 2 flowered. Flowers with green sepals and showy large white lip with wavy margins.
