Coordinates: 19°27'28" N, 97°22'31" W Alt: 2412m

Erect shrub 1.5 m tall. Flowers pink with white keel.
Cerro. In a shallow gully.

Identification Notes: Verified with McVaugh, Rogers 1987 'Flora Novo-Galiciana : a descriptive account of the vascular plants of Western Mexico. Volume 5, Leguminosae' Ann Arbor : University of Michigan Press. Calyx glabrous. Bracts deciduous, almost as long as calyx tube.
