Location:Veracruz, Mpio Perote, near La Gloria.
Coordinates: 19°26'01" N, 97°15'50" W Alt: 2528m

Rounded shrub, 80 cm height and spread. Stems pinkish-brown. Flowers purple with tube pale purple outside and white inside. Stamens and stigma white.
Agricultural fields of Zea mays. Boundary banks planted with Agave and Opuntia. Growing on boundary bank with Compositae and Poaceae.

Identification Notes: Verified with Andrew McDonald, 1993 'Flora de Veracruz Convolvulaceae' Vol. 73. Dentate leaves.
