Location:Veracruz, Mpio Tequila.
Coordinates: 18°43'22" N, 97°03'50" W Alt: 1835m

Spindly shrub 4 m tall. Flowers white (white filaments).
Roadside, ruderal, disturbed habitat at forest edge. Orange clay soil with Sambucus, Hypericum and Thalictrum. Growing in shade.

Identification Notes: Verified with Rico Arce & Bachman (2006) A taxonomic revision of Acaciella. Anales del Jardín Botánico de Madrid 63(2): 189-244. Leaflets with one vein prominent, margins ciliate. Leaves with 3-4 pairs of pinnae.
