Prostrate perennial herb with purple-tinged stems. Flowers white.
Roadside, ruderal, disturbed habitat at forest edge. Orange clay soil with Sambucus, Hypericum and Thalictrum. Growing over rock.

Identification Notes: Verified with Borhidi, Attila L. 2012 'Rubiáceas de México' 2nd edition. Inflorescence corymbose, pedicellate. Petals 4, sepals 4.
