Location:Veracruz, Mpio Calcahualco, Barranco de San Miguel, Tlacotiopa.
Coordinates: 19°06'28" N, 97°12'07" W Alt: 2642m

Climber 2 m high. Petioles and pedicels purple tinged. Flowers orange-pink outside, orange inside. Anthers grey. Stigmas orange.
Stream gorge with Pinus and Quercus forest. NE facing side of the gorge. Open area with Viburnum, Sambucus, Solanum, Ferns and Alchemilla. Growing with Rubus.

Identification Notes: Verified with Espejo-S, A. & Lopez-F, A.R. 1994 'Flora de Veracruz Alstroemeriaceae' and Hofreiter, A. (2008) 'A revision of Bomarea subgenus Bomarea s.str. section Multiflorae (Alstroemeriaceae)' Systematic Botany 33: 661-684. Leaves with septate hairs abaxially. Flowers 10-12 in terminal cymes, drooping. Corolla without blotch. Pedicels to 5cm long hairy. Ovary inferior.
