Location:Oaxaca, ca. 6 km SW of San Sebastián Tecomaxtlahuaca.
Coordinates: 17°18'56" N, 98°04'32" W Alt: 1781m

Climber 1.5 m high, twining. Flowers white, sweet scented. Corolla lobes white inside and white with pale green central stripe outside. Corolla tube pale green outside, purple inside with white pubescence.
NW-facing slope 45º, above river gorge. Disturbed area on clay and gravel with Juniperus, Brahea and Compositae.

Identification Notes: Verified with Borhidi, Attila L. 2012 'Rubiáceas de México' 2nd edition. The interpetiolar stipule triangular and conspicuous. Calyx lobes equal.
