Notes:Verified with Flora Europaea vol 4. Creeping herb. Leaves whorled by 3, narrow, lobed and with recurved margins. Abaxial side wooly hairy with dendritic hairs. Inflorescence forming a dense terminal head. Flowers white spaced with narrow bracteoles. Corolla with lower lip only. Lower lip 3 lobed. Calyx covered in dense hairs.

Field notes:Limestone sandy scree. Plant height 20cm. Plants growing fairly well spaced between rocks with Lavandula nomata, Phlomis lychnitis and Cistus albidus. With Pinus halepensis growing around not shading plants.
