Herb 70 cm tall. Corolla pale pinkish-white, 2-lipped. Lower lip concave, longer than upper lip. Stamens 4 in two pairs, heteromorphic. Calyx dark pink with 3-toothed upper lip. Flowers reflexing after anthesis. Stems swollen above the nodes.
Pinus yunnanensis forest. E-facing slope 45. Growing with Urticaceae, Impatiens and Begonia.
