Gazetteer:Bi Jiang river valley. Yakou, along provincial road 227 from Yunlong to Lanping.
Coordinates: 26.5788 N, 99.4395 E  Alt: 3035m 

Herb 20 cm tall. Sepals yellow. Petals and filaments orange, anthers yellow.
Meadow. Growing with Pteracanthus, Pedicularis and Halenia.

Identification Notes:Verified with Flora of China online Sepals yellow, petaloid. Petals shorter than stamens. Leaves palmately lobed.
