Region:Yunnan; Zhongdian (Shangri-la) Pref.; Deqin Xian
Gazetteer:5 km from Geza (Gezancun) towards Langdoucun. Top of the pass.
Coordinates: 28.1476 N, 99.9037 E  Alt: 4479m 

Tuberous herb 10 cm tall. Flowers purple-pink, lip with darker line markings. Calyx inflated with dark purple ciliate veins.
Alpine scree. SW-facing slope 45 with Potentilla, Bistorta, Arenaria, mosses.

Identification Notes:Verified with Flora of China online Ser. Verticillatae. Leaves whorled. Galea toothless and beakless. Filaments glabrous.
