Gazetteer:83 km-stone along road from Shangri La to Xiang Cheng.
Coordinates: 28.3281 N, 99.7716 E  Alt: 3841m 

Herb 70 cm tall. Flowers purple. Anthers pale yellow.
Stream gully in Abies forest. With Ligularia, Sorbus, Acer, Rubus, Berberis, Lonicera trichosantha, Lonicera hispida, Sambucus, Astilbe and Rhododendron.

Identification Notes:Verified with Flora of China online Petals spurred, spurs slightly incurved. Note that anthers are pale yellow not black as described in the flora.
