Gazetteer:33 km-stone along road from Shangri La to Xiang Cheng.
Coordinates: 28.0490 N, 99.7593 E  Alt: 3219m 

Herb 20 cm tall. Flowers white, mauve and dark purple in the same population. Calyx tinged purple in the dark purple flowered variant.
Pasture with shrubs. Boggy area with Iris, Ajuga, Spiranthes, Sanguisorba and Filipendula.

Identification Notes:Verified with Flora of China online Stamens 4. Filaments of posterior stamens shorter than anterior ones, without appendages at base. Upper corolla lip white barbate inside. Calyx 5-toothed. Style lobes unequal in length.
