Coordinates: 27.0358 N, 100.1770 E  Alt: 3970m 

Herb 10 cm tall. Flowers yellow. Calyx, pedicels and upper stems hairy and glandular.
SW-facing slope, 45. Rocky scree with Potentilla, Lonicera, Ribes and Helichrysum.

Identification Notes:Verified with Flora of China online Sect. Ciliatae. Plants with many erect leafy branches arising from a dense cusion like rhizome. Leafy buds developing in the axil of upper leaves. Leaves deeply serrate at apex, ciliate. Flowers solitary terminal.
